| The food was fantastic, and I had no problems with the service. My husband was 30 minutes late meeting me there, and they didn't rush me while I waited, but had super fast service when he arrived. I'll be back. |

| This is a cafe, not a restaurant so do not expect typical High Street Indian Service. Fast yes but attentive on. But don't expect typical High Street curry either: this is the best, authentic Indian Vegetarian food. Snacks, Dosas, and the daily specials are all recommended but if your idea of curry perfection is Chicken Tikka Massala then steer clear (oh and you're wrong) |

| my mouth dropped at the absolutely abysmal service. not only was my waiter more interested in making sure that other people were being served whilst attempting to take our order, but seemed unconcerned as to what we were asking for [we wanted the food, quite spicy, and he said that that was already the case]. the food arrived, and was good but very bland [no spice]. when we got the bill, we found that they had added a service charge without telling us, issuing us with a credit card receipt and no breakdown. naturally, we refused to pay it, citing poor service. what then happened was unbelievable. the waiter in question kept shouting at us, with the other waiters crowding round. the waiter even threatened to take us outside [for a beating]. in the end, we paid up [minus service charge] and left. for somewhere so recommended, this incident is a great shame.
has anyone else had the same bad treatment there? |

| The food here is amazing, very cheap and great atmosphere. I try and visit at least twice a month. Well worth a visit. |
